Woodland Elf Tag!

A Beary Good Lesson

I was inspired by the FarmQuest Challenge where the theme is 'Bears.' Again, a fun country theme I couldn't pass up! What's more country than fishing? This bear seems to be reeling them in! Still plenty of time to play along!

I was inspired to create an Index Journal Card for my Journal Box. Here is a pic of the back of the card where there is plenty of room to journal some thoughts! My thoughts are about fishing and how some days one really needs patience! Seems I've needed more lately and these are some feelings I might want to explore through some journaling!

Elegant or Rustic? at Twisted Thursday

It's time for a new challenge over at The Outlawz Twisted Thursday and the optional twist is: "Elegant or Rustic?" Now, that's not a tough one for me! My projects seldom sit on the classic side of elegance! However, I wouldn't say they are truly rustic for the most part.

So, let's go with Elegantly Rustic!

I created this layout using the beautiful artwork of Julia Spiri. If you've not seen her lovely art, you can see it here. She is very talented with so many styles...all of them so creative! This particular image is sepia, but it also comes in grey scale and grey scale light. (I am in no way connected with Ms Spiri, I just enjoy sharing info about artists/images I really like!)

Games People Play at Paper á la Mode

Time for a new challenge at The Outlawz Paper à la Mode and the theme is 'Games People Play.' I decided to go with a Notebook/Folder sort of idea influenced by Dungeons and Dragons! This is my own design using papers from Vectoria Designs.

It has 2 large pockets - one is made of Acetate Alternative and holds the notebook in place. The notebook has a fun cover and a small pocket on the inside.

Pencils are held in place with elastic and a fun little bookmark/charm hangs off the spine!
