Grateful for You at Christmas!

 


 As we start a new month at Path of Positivity, we are thinking about gratitude. 
I decided on this delightful image from SheepSki; these two sweet penguins seemed to portray the wonderful relationship I have with my husband.  We've known each other forever...since grade school... and I can't imagine a life without him.  I'm very grateful for our life together...at Christmas and all year!

In Design Space I added the grateful heart from the Cricut Access to the Cool Couple.  I printed the image on cardstock (using Print and Cut) and cut masks for the moon and penguins in Cricut Design Space from Post-it Removable Labeling Tape.   

I colored the penguins and moon with Copic markers and then placed the masks over them and the snow.  Here's where I had some fun!  I got out my e-Brush and airbrushed the sky using Copic markers.  Then I used metallic paint, added a bit of water, and splashed some stars around!  

I removed the masks and added glitter glue to the snow and finished by layering it onto a card base!
