Purple Little Witch Tag

As we continue the journey through the colors over at the Path of Positivity we have come to the Purples.  Now, I have to admit, purple was my favorite color as a young girl!  Of course, that may have been influenced by my love of Donny Osmond who also loved the color purple...according to Tiger Beat Magazine!  hahaha

Did you know that purple is the 2nd best loved color by women; purple is 2nd to blue only by 2% according to one survey!  The same survey shows it in 3rd place by men.

According to Scientific American, purple is an emotional response color tied to children and laughter.  Therefore, it was a natural addition to the common orange, black and yellow.  Purples might also be a favorite color of fall and Halloween with the scary ominous skies and the ties of purple to mystics and sorcery.

As for my purple, I decided to go with Little Witch on Fence from A Day for Daisies;  she just seemed perfect for the purple page of my tag journal!  She was colored with Copic markers.

I have included these cuts from the Cricut library:
Cat ~ A Child's Year
Star ~ Wild Card
Tag ~ Don Juan
Argyle Border ~ Artiste
Witch Hat ~ Autumn Celebrations
Spider Web Border ~ Artbooking

Papers are from:
Polkadoodles Little Dudes
Polkadoodles Winnie Wednesday Trick or Treat Halloween

I added some inks, lace and ribbon and the tag is complete!

Little Witch is off to the following challenges:
