Hello, Sunshine!

Our new challenge over at Cut It Up is 'Hello Sunshine.' Here's what happens when country meets beach! Not sure what this guy really thinks of beaches with flowing hair and big inner tubes! ;) But his little girl seems to be into it!

This delightful image is from Hetty Clare and is punctuated by fun beach dies from Decosse's Dynamite Doodles Taste of Summer cut on my Cricut.

Oh Deer, It's a Birthday!

Oh deer, it's a birthday! Most of the guys in my world are into nature scenes and vehicles, so it makes card making pretty simple! Since the challenge over at FarmQuest is Deer and I have this lovely scene from SheepSki Designs, this was an easy one!

I printed it in a very light grey scale and colored over the scene with Copic Markers. The Happy Birthday sentiment was added in Cricut Design Space.

Tag, You're It at Cut It Up!

Our new challenge over at Cut It Up is 'Tag, You're It.' The idea is to make a tag! I chose to make a tag featuring the beautiful art of Julia Spiri! Ms Spiri is a Shepherd fan and this is a portrait of her dog, Bim! Absolutely stunning, but what Shepherd isn't? ;) Here's a picture of my guy, Luther.

I will probably use my tag in Luther's journal; however, it would be appropriate on a scrapbook page! It also would be great on a masculine gift/page!
