Seeing Dots...Polka Dots!



It's time for a new challenge over at 
The Outlawz Twisted Thursday and the optional twist is:  Polka Dots.  I hope you can find a few on my layout!  😉

This stamp is Dorothy the Dreamer designed by Stamping Bella.  

The circles are cut from dies Oozak Cottage Cutz Stitched Circle Dies.  











The title of my layout and the book cuts are from the Cricut Access Library.  Most everything used on this layout is in the material list!
