Clovers

The new theme for the Cut It Up challenge is about Clovers!  Create a project with a clover and don't forget your die cuts!!

I started by printing the digiYou're My Lucky Charm, onto a Clover from Cricut Thought & Phrases - Good Times and cut it in Design Space.  I Copic colored that adorable guy and added a little silver gel pen to the buckle and a few dots of white gel pen to his eyes.

The shamrock embellishment was cut from Cricut Saint Patrick's Day Icons and a gem tops it off!

Materials used:
Kitten Scraps Image and Sentiment:  You're My Lucky Charm
Clover Die cut  and Shamrock Die cut
Copic Markers
Gel Pens
Papers from Polkadoodles (polkadot and stripe)
Paper from Whimsy (background)
Bo Bunny Gem sitting in stash
Ribbon from stash

This Irish cutie is off to the following challenges/pages:

  6. Katrina, so glad you joined us this week...your elephant is so adorable, great coloring and nice selection of the background papers. Four leaf clovers are magical...there were many days my sisters and I would look for them in the green grass and it always seemed my sister found the 4-leaf clover first. I think she may have waxed one and stuffed in her pocket to pull out when we were looking for them.

  8. Sweet card! Although a traditional shamrock has three leaves, who doesn't get excited to find a clover with four leaves! Your coloring is wonderful and the background papers work perfectly. Thank you for sharing with us Double Trouble Challenge #22.
