Vintage Cowboy

This card includes retired CTMH except the gold ink and metal ring (not CTMH) and the Cardstocks/embossing folder/shimmer trim are current ~ well at least for another month!

Throw Back Week over at Heart 2 Heart!

Wow, ok, this is one of the first stamp sets I purchased from CTMH.  I'm not sure what year "Yeehaw" hit the Idea Book, but I can tell you this set is very well loved (used) and still going strong!  I thought it would be fun to show some past projects I've done with this set!  So, here goes....a walk down memory lane with YeeHaw!

Do you all remember when CTMH sold large packs of textured cardstock; I think it might have been a special promo?  I used a bleach technique on this one long before blogs!

Ok, here's the sentiment combined with the Old West Cartridge!  Can't remember this paper pack's name.

This is one "blinged out" cowgirl!  Do you
remember that belt buckle!
Still use that one, too!

 Loved and miss the burlap!

And there that cowgirl is again making her appearance in the WildWood Crush book!

So there is my TBW Stamp set Yeehaw!  There are some stamp sets that will forever grace the pages of my books, fronts of my cards, and journal entries.  This is one of them!  It's actually my YouTube Header!

Thanks for sharing this TBW moment with me!  I've been using CTMH for a while now and I really love the longevity of the stamps, ideas, and inks.  I've had some inks in my stash for 10 or more years and they are still good!  The stamps hold up to my twisting, cutting, bending, and all the mixed media "goo" I try.  Amazing stuff!
